Policies

Driver

Driver has to be between 21 to 65 years old. They are required to have a drivers' license and at least have 2 years of driving experience. Drivers below the age of 24 years old need to pay an additional fee of $50.

For foreigners, they will need to present a valid foreign driving license and an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by the Automobile Association in Singapore. If the driver is from any ASEAN member countries, then a valid foreign driving license is sufficient.

Rental

Drivers are to rent their car(s) 2 days in advance for us to process their request.

Drivers can choose to pick up their rented vehicle from our shop or at a specified location. Adiitional fee of $10 will be charged if they choose to pick up from a specified location.

Travel

Our cars are limited to Singapore and Malaysia use only. Drivers planning to drive to Malaysia are to inform us online or through our hotline. One GPS is provided for every car rented.

Petrol

A full tank of petrol is provided when a customer first receives the car. After that, Wagon will not be responsible for any additional petrol costs.

Additional Costs (ERP/Parking Gantry Fees/Fines)

Drivers are to provide their own cashcard for ERP and carpark gantry costs. Drivers are to be responsible for any fines issued during their period of use.

Damage/Accidents

Any damage incurred must be immediately reported to our Emergency Hotline at 8723 3333. Our insurance provides coverage for car damage and injuries sustained during an accident. The driver is to be liable for excess cost of the damage.
